Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in BotScore Pro. This policy explains refunds for paid plans sold through Lemon Squeezy.
Free tier
The BotScore extension's core audit features are free. No payment is required and no refund applies.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you purchase BotScore Pro (monthly or annual) or Team when checkout is live, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the product is not a fit.
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout and include your order receipt or license key. We will confirm eligibility and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy.
After 14 days
- Monthly subscriptions: cancel before your next renewal to avoid future charges. We do not refund partial months after the 14-day window unless required by law.
- Annual subscriptions: after 14 days, refunds are generally not available for unused months unless required by law. You may cancel renewal so the plan does not auto-renew.
- Renewals: each automatic renewal is a new charge. Contact us within 14 days of a renewal if you believe it was made in error.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal (linked from your receipt or from the extension when available) or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation stops future billing. Your license remains active until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued under this policy.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We aim to resolve billing issues quickly. Chargebacks may result in license deactivation while the dispute is reviewed.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after processing).
Exceptions
We may refuse refunds for abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) or if these terms were materially violated. Mandatory consumer refund rights in your jurisdiction still apply.
